• Gently wipe your pieces after each wear to remove natural oils and maintain their shine.
  
• Clean occasionally with mild water and a soft cloth, then pat dry thoroughly.
  
• Store separately in a lined jewellery box or pouch to prevent scratches and wear.
  
• Keep away from household chemicals, cleaning agents, and abrasive surfaces.
  
• Put your jewellery on last, and take it off first, for effortless, everyday protection.

We accept returns within 30 days for all products purchased directly from our website.
If your order includes a gift set or a promotional “complimentary” item, all items must be returned together to receive a full refund. Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged individually.

If a return changes your eligibility for a promotional offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note: once a watch strap has been resized or adjusted, it is no longer eligible for return, though your warranty remains valid.
