How to Adjust Your Mesh Strap
How to Adjust Your Mesh Strap
Kira mesh straps are designed for easy, tool-free adjustment, ensuring a perfect fit for every wrist. Follow the steps below to customise your strap in just a few seconds.
1. Prepare Your Watch
Place your watch on a soft cloth to protect the case and crystal while adjusting the clasp.
2. Locate the Clasp Latch
On the underside of the mesh strap, you’ll find a small lever built into the clasp.
This latch unlocks the clasp so it can slide along the mesh.
3. Lift the Lever
Using a small flat tool—such as a strap tool tip or even a clean, thin household object—gently lift the lever upward.
The clasp will loosen and become adjustable along the strap.
4. Slide to Your Desired Fit
Move the clasp along the mesh until you reach the length that fits your wrist comfortably.
Make sure the clasp aligns with one of the small grooves in the mesh to secure properly.
5. Press the Lever Back Down
Once positioned, press the lever firmly back into place.
You should feel a light click as it locks onto the mesh.
6. Check the Fit
Close the clasp and try on the watch to ensure it feels secure and comfortable.
Re-adjust if needed until the fit is perfect.
Tips for a Perfect Fit
-
Avoid pulling the lever too forcefully—mesh straps are delicate by design.
-
Always lock the clasp into a mesh groove to prevent slipping.
-
For a tighter or looser fit, make small adjustments rather than big jumps.
