1-Year Limited Warranty
All Kira London watches come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If your watch shows a fault that falls within our warranty terms, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing faults in the case or dial

Issues with hands or internal mechanics

Premature wear caused by manufacturing error
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not include:

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling

Wear and tear from everyday use (scratches, fading, strap wear)

Water damage due to incorrect use

Battery replacement

Lost or stolen items

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
Straps (including vegan PU leather and mesh straps) are considered wear-and-tear components and are not covered under the warranty unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your watch has a defect covered by our warranty:

Contact our support team with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

Our team will review your claim and may request that the watch be sent to us for inspection.

If approved, Kira will repair or replace the watch free of charge.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping when sending the watch in for inspection.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required for all warranty claims. Without proof of purchase, we cannot process your claim.
